Location: Mexico Remote
-This role is for a project with a retail chain company in the goods consumer domain
-The role is an individual contributor who must have extensive knowledge in product analytics
-This role has the responsibility for doing exploratory analysis and put together insightful narratives about customer behavior. Analysis could range from operations, marketing, digital product, and executive-level reporting.
Selected candidate will be required to:
-The analyst we are looking for is hungry to find answers that drive the business day today.
-An ever-present curiosity drives this analyst to search for insights in the data to add more context to their analysis and find that impact a business reaching millions of customers.
-Having the ability to present to varied audiences and help the business digest and action on the data is a must.
To succeed, this role’s responsibilities would involve:
Must have Technical Skills:
-Advanced English (being able to write, listen and communicate fluently).
-Strong quantitative background (statistics, computer science).
-Expert knowledge of clickstream digital analytics tools (Specifically Adobe/Google Analytics).
-Understanding of and experience with writing queries to obtain and blend needed data (SQL).
-Experience using Alteryx or another data blending tool.
-Experience working directly with clients in an agency setting.
-Experience presenting data analysis with strong storytelling capabilities.
Nice to have Technical Skills:
-Understanding of and expertise with visualizing data (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Domo).
-Understanding of and expertise with data transformation/automation tools (Python).
-Team player with experience of working with distributed and global teams.
-Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate and present complex information concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
-Analytical and critical thinking skills, prepared to challenge conventional thinking.
