Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy:

Define and implement the strategic vision and goals for the Engineering CoE across various disciplines of modern application development.

Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Develop and maintain best practices, standards, and methodologies for engineering projects.

Technology & Innovation:

Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, and evaluate their potential impact on the organization.

Drive the adoption of new technologies and tools to enhance the company's technical capabilities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative solutions.

Client Engagement:

Partner with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Provide technical leadership and guidance during client engagements, ensuring alignment with their goals and objectives.

Serve as a subject matter expert in engineering, providing thought leadership and strategic insights.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and quality.

Develop training programs and initiatives to upskill team members and promote professional growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).

15 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Strong technical expertise in enterprise application development, cloud native application development etc.

Proven track record of leading and delivering complex engineering projects.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
