    Role: Dotnet Lead
    Years of Experience: 10+ years
    Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada(2-3 days onsite is mandatory)
    6months C2H demand
     
    •  8-10 years of experience in a similar role.
    •  5 or more years of progressive leadership experience, leading enterprise-wide projects
    •  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    •  Sophisticated knowledge and hands-on experience with Front End technologies, Angular Framework, Modern JavaScript, and SPA Platforms (5 years).
    •  Understand/Develop .Net (MVC, ASP and C#), SSRS
     
    The candidate would need to have the primary skillset of understanding/developing C#, .Net Core, REST API’s, Angular, NestJS,Typescript, CSS/SCSS, MSSQL, Cosmos DB/Mongo (No sql), serverless architecture like Azure Functions.
     
    •  Good knowledge in patterns and design principles, microservices ,Graphql and JavaScript / JSON / jQuery / HTML/FetchXML
    •  Good knowledge of Azure Portal (Services & Apps), GCP,AWS (ECR, EC2, S3 & RDS)
    •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    •  Strong understanding of development best practices and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) framework.
    •  Proven experience leading end-to-end SDLC in both waterfall and Agile methodologies, from requirements to deployment.
    •  Balanced business/technical background:
    o Sufficient level of technical background to provide highly credible leadership to development teams and to be able to accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks and issues
    o Ability to provide leadership to business analysts and collaborate with business and develop strategies and solutions of high business value.
    •  Experienced in managing expectations of a large number of non-technical business stakeholders in a complex and fast-paced business environment
    •  Experience overseeing multi-function, distributed project teams comprising of Developers, Business Analysts, QA as well as business SMEs and product owners
    •  Managing various phases of project including business case development, initiations, execution and rollout as well as sustainment planning & change management with business
    •  Manage scope and schedule of the project, proactively identify risks, develop risk mitigation plan through engaging the right stakeholders and escalate as appropriate
    •  Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
    •  Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive level
    •  Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions.
    •  Experience with managing multiple projects simultaneously
    •  Nimble and able to work in mid-size Technology team with matrix stakeholder management across both regional and globally governed digital platforms.
