Candidates : 1 for Russian and 1 for Mandarin and Cantonese together Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Language IVR Testing Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on testing and validating Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems across multiple languages, specifically Russian, Cantonese, and Mandarin. The ideal candidate will have experience with IVR testing, strong test design and execution skills, and proficiency with testing tools like ALM. Experience with Twilio or general IVR systems is required. Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills are essential for working closely with cross-functional teams and delivering clear, concise reports.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct IVR testing in Russian, Cantonese, and Mandarin, ensuring accuracy, usability, and functionality in all target languages. Design and execute test plans and cases for IVR systems, focusing on language-specific nuances and user experience. Analyze and report testing outcomes, identifying issues and working with relevant teams to resolve them promptly.Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and improve IVR test cases and user flows. Use testing tools like ALM for tracking and managing testing activities, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and documentation. Work with Twilio or other IVR platforms to integrate and test voice interactions in target languages. Coordinate with QA, development, and product teams to maintain high-quality standards in IVR functionality and user experience. Qualifications: Proficiency in Russian, Cantonese, and Mandarin for testing and validation purposes. Good to have - Strong background in IVR testing, with experience in test design, execution, and reporting. Good to have -Familiarity with IVR platforms, including Twilio, or equivalent IVR technology Proficient in testing tools such as ALM (Application Lifecycle Management). Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Linguistics, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Salary: 60-65 USD per-hour-wage
