Key Responsibilities:Leadership Development Strategy:Develop and implement a comprehensive leadership development strategy tailored to meet the unique needs of Brillians. Design and execute programs to enhance leadership capabilities across various levels within the organization. Align leadership programs with organizational goals and industry’s best practices. Drive Brillio values and philosophy through all learning and development activities.
Assessment and Talent Analytics:Conduct comprehensive assessments, utilizing tools such as 360-degree feedback and psychometric evaluations, to gauge leadership potential and skills. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify high-potential individuals for leadership development programs. Leverage talent analytics to make data-driven decisions for program customization and participant success.
Program and DeliveryDesign, deliver, and continuously enhance leadership development programs, incorporating a blend of training methodologies and technologies. Create and customize learning paths for leaders, considering emerging industry trends and organizational goals.
Curriculum DevelopmentDevelop and curate relevant content for leadership development programs, integrating IT-specific competencies and industry trends. Collaborate with subject matter experts to enhance program content and effectiveness.
Mentorship and CoachingEstablish mentorship and coaching programs to support the growth and development of our leaders. Provide guidance and feedback to program participants, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Performance MeasurementImplement assessment mechanisms, pre- and post-program evaluations, to measure the effectiveness of leadership development initiatives. Analyze data and feedback to drive continuous improvement and enhance program impact.
Stakeholder CollaborationCollaborate with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, HR, and department heads, to align leadership development initiatives with organizational goals. Foster strong relationships with internal and external subject matter experts.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. Proven experience in leadership development within IT organizations. Strong understanding of the IT industry, its challenges, and emerging trends. Excellent facilitation and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to design and implement leadership development programs that drive organizational success. Familiarity with assessment tools and methodologies. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Relevant certifications in leadership development or organizational psychology are a plus.
