We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Enterprise Sales Director with extensive expertise in Salesforce services to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and enterprise sales, with a particular focus on building and managing pipelines for Salesforce implementation services. They should demonstrate a proven ability to drive revenue growth, cultivate strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a track record of consistently exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities
  • Drive business development initiatives to grow our Salesforce services portfolio within the UK and European market.
  • Foster relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs and aligning them with Salesforce solutions.
  • Collaborate with virtual teams to develop and implement strategic sales plans that meet organizational goals.
  • Mentor and lead junior business development team members, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce product capabilities and market trends to effectively position our services.
  • Navigate and thrive in ambiguous situations, demonstrating adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Qualifications
  • 10+ years of professional services experience, with a minimum of 5 years focused on selling Salesforce services.
  • Previous experience in a Salesforce System Integrator organization or as a Salesforce Account Executive from Salesforce is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of selling complex solutions to global enterprise organizations, strong understanding of enterprise-level decision-making processes, and ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across multiple regions.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and influence teams.
  • Exceptional selling and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Comfortable working in a virtual team setting and managing remote relationships.
