·       Jira Expertise: Advanced experience with Jira to manage product backlogs, track user stories, and monitor project progress.

·       Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. SQL and Data Analysis: Proficient in SQL for in-depth data analysis, trend identification, and reporting. Ability to transform data into actionable insights for business improvements.

·       ITIL/Agile Practices: Demonstrated experience in Agile environments, participating in sprints and ensuring timely and high-quality product delivery.

·       Experience with UX and Frameworks: Work closely with UX teams to ensure product interfaces and user journeys are intuitive and user-friendly.

·       Mortgage Industry Experience (Preferred): Strong understanding of mortgage industry processes, customer needs, and regulatory requirements is highly preferred.

·       Legacy Systems Transformation (Preferred): Experience with transforming or modernizing legacy systems to more scalable, efficient platforms.

·       Microservices & API Integration (Preferred): Familiarity with microservices architecture and API integration to enhance product functionalities and workflows.
