–12 years of industry experience, including 5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/AX (cloud and on-premise)Extensive experience in X++ development, Data Entities, SSRS, Azure services, and integration frameworksProven experience architecting large-scale D365 F&O solutions with complex customizations and integrationsHands-on experience with Azure DevOps, LCS, and environment managementStrong understanding of ERP business processes in Finance, Supply Chain, or ManufacturingJob requirements
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the technical architecture and solution design of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementations and integrations.Translate business and functional requirements into secure, scalable, and high-performing technical solutions.Design customizations, extensions, and integrations using X++, Azure services, OData, and custom APIs.Oversee and guide the technical development team, performing code reviews and enforcing best practices.Define and manage integration strategies with external systems (via Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and other Microsoft stack technologies).Architect deployment pipelines, manage environments, and oversee code promotion using Azure DevOps, LCS, and Azure resources.Lead performance tuning and optimization efforts to ensure high availability and performance of D365 F&O environments.Provide technical guidance during system upgrades, environment refreshes, and data migration activities.Support presales efforts by providing solution estimations, technical proposals, and architectural recommendations.Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including solution architecture designs, integration diagrams, and deployment guides.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field8–12 years of industry experience, including 5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/AX (cloud and on-premise)Extensive experience in X++ development, Data Entities, SSRS, Azure services, and integration frameworksProven experience architecting large-scale D365 F&O solutions with complex customizations and integrationsHands-on experience with Azure DevOps, LCS, and environment managementStrong understanding of ERP business processes in Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing
