Brillio is seeking a recent graduate to join our in-office team in Dallas as a Junior Network Support Technician. This role is ideal for someone who has completed a degree in a relevant field and is looking to gain practical, hands-on experience. You will support the IT team across hardware, software, and network-related tasks, helping to ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality user support. This is a contract position that will be on-site Monday thru Friday 8 to 5.
Responsibilities
Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheralsAssist with employee onboarding/offboarding, including account and device setupTroubleshoot issues related to operating systems, applications, and hardwareSupport day-to-day network operations, including monitoring and basic troubleshooting of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivityAssist with configuring and maintaining switches, access points, and network cablingTrack, maintain, and audit IT hardware and software inventoryCollaborate with the IT team on system rollouts, upgrades, and infrastructure projectsEnsure timely and professional communication with internal users and stakeholdersBachelor’s degree or Certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Foundational understanding of networking concepts such as IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and VPNBasic knowledge of Windows and/or Mac OS environmentsFamiliarity with Microsoft 365, remote support tools, and ticketing systemsStrong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skillsEagerness to learn and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
