Role: Salesforce Project Manager
Location: Remote (Anywhere in US /Canada)

Job Description:
· Program Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional Salesforce programs from planning through execution, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
· Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to define program goals, scope, and priorities.
· Governance & Reporting: Establish program governance frameworks, track KPIs, and provide regular status updates to executive stakeholders.
· Team Coordination: Coordinate efforts across project managers, Salesforce developers, architects, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless execution.
· Risk Management: Identify risks and dependencies early; proactively develop mitigation plans.
· Budget & Resource Planning: Manage program budgets, resource planning, and forecasting.
· Agile Execution: Drive Agile best practices across the Salesforce delivery lifecycle, including sprint planning, backlog management, and retrospectives.
· Change Management: Oversee user adoption strategies and training for new Salesforce capabilities across regions.
Qualifications:
· 8+ years of program/project management experience, with at least 3 years managing Salesforce programs.
· Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and CPQ.).
· Experience leading large-scale, global CRM, CPQ rollouts or digital transformation programs.
· PMP, Scrum Master, or Salesforce certifications (ADM 201, PMP, or similar) preferred.
· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
· Experience working with geographically distributed teams.

· Background in industries such as manufacturing or logistics.
