Role Summary:
This is a critical leadership role in designing and executing strategies to enhance operational efficiency, implement activity-based costing methodologies, and improve productivity across the company and its functions. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring optimized resource allocation, cost transparency, and performance measurement.
A deep command of IT Services operations, metrics, and industry best practices is essential, as this role requires data-driven decision-making, strategic execution, and collaboration with multiple business units. This role is critical to driving enterprise-wide efficiency by analyzing how every dollar invested translates into measurable productivity across all business functions—including Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Practice, and Corporate Services. Working closely with CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and execute comprehensive operational strategies focused on productivity enhancement and cost optimization.Implement standardized processes and frameworks for IT service delivery to ensure efficiency and scalability.Lead cross-functional initiatives, working with departments like Engineering, Service Delivery, Finance, and HR to align operational goals.Establish a robust performance tracking system, ensuring real-time visibility into operational KPIs.Command Over IT Services Operations & Metrics
Define and track IT Service metrics, including SLA adherence, resource utilization, productivity benchmarks, and cost-efficiency indicators.Ensure operational alignment with industry best practices and evolving technological trends.Implement automation solutions and AI-driven analytics to improve IT Service delivery performance.Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution
Act as the bridge between business units, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of strategic initiatives.Drive operational excellence by fostering a data-driven culture and continuous improvement mindset.Develop comprehensive productivity measurement systems, ensuring optimal performance across teams.Identify key cost drivers, optimize financial resource allocation, and ensure maximum ROI from operational expenditures.Work with leadership teams to shape long-term operational strategies and business scalability.Technology & Innovation Integration
Leverage cutting-edge technologies, including cloud solutions, AI, and process automation, to streamline operations.Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying opportunities for operational transformation and technology adoption.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and operational best practices.Leadership & Team Development

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA optional). Certification in financial analysis or process optimization (e.g., CFA, Lean Six Sigma)12+ years of experience in financial strategy, business performance analysis, or productivity consulting within management consulting, IT services or a similar industry.Strong expertise in activity-based costing, IT service delivery models, financial analysis, and business intelligence tools.Analytical Mindset: Experience in a transformation or performance optimization role. Ability to leverage data-driven insights for strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. Advanced analytical skills with expertise in cost modeling, ROI analysis, and productivity metrics.Leadership & Execution: Proven experience in cross-functional leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and operational strategy execution.Technology Proficiency: Knowledge of cloud computing, AI-driven analytics, process automation, and IT service metrics.Excellent communication and consultative skillsKey Leadership Qualities:
