  • Location: Novi, MI – Open to remote work with occasional travel to Novi as required by the client

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with supply chain stakeholders to gather and document business and data requirements.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements for Snowflake-based data solutions.
  • Analyze and interpret complex supply chain data (inventory, logistics, procurement, demand planning, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using SQL and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Work with data engineers and developers to ensure data models and pipelines align with business requirements.
  • Perform root cause analysis and recommend actionable insights to optimize supply chain performance.
  • Conduct UAT and support post-implementation reviews.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems and reports.
  • Business Analyst, preferably in a supply chain 
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake for querying and analysing large datasets.
  • Strong SQL skills and understanding of cloud data warehouse concepts.
  • Good knowledge of supply chain operations such as procurement, inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics.
  • Work with AWS-based data environments (S3, Redshift, Athena, Glue, etc.) to access and manipulate large datasets.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Experience in data modeling and working with ETL teams.
  • Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
