Roles and Responsibilities –

·       7+ Years of Experience with ServiceNow application development
·       Experience implementing new modules or features, ideally ITSM, ITOM & Service Portals
·       Experience with discovery, requirements gathering, and the build out of core ServiceNow functionality.
·       Working under the oversight of architect and in collaboration with all other members of the ServiceNow team
·       Develop scripts, flows and solutions using available tools and established standard processes
·       Proven ability to configure ServiceNow using Apply Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI / Data Policies, Flows, ACLs and Script Includes and UI Scripts to fulfill requirements, including knowledge of and experience with JavaScript/GLIDE, HTML5
·       Must have experience working with Flow Designer and UI Builder
·       Develop and deploy custom ServiceNow applications per organization established development practices.
·       Coding and configuring integrations between ServiceNow and data source systems
·       Experience in web service integrations using REST, SOAP, etc
·       Participates in Agile and scrum ceremonies and produces deliverables associated with the goals to deliver value.
·       Excellent critical thinking, communications, and personal interaction skills
·       Certified application developer
