Role Brief -
The role requires the Enterprise Architect to engage with multiple customers in our hitech portfolio in advising and consulting with them on their business problems, elevate our overall brand and govern technology deliverables. The emphasis would be on driving strong thought leadership, innovative thinking and deep technical expertise across one or more areas of customer experience, product engineering, data/analytics and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive GTM in HiTech: Works with business and technology partners and customers to shape the next big bet for the customer through consultative engagement, thought leadership and proactive shaping of opportunities based on ground perspectives.

  • Portfolio Capability Management: Works with business and technology partners to manage the technology delivery capabilities relevant for customer stakeholders. Strives to provide the necessary technical capabilities while managing cost and risk of the customer and Brillio.

  • Elevate Organizational Technical Competency: Develops artifacts that document current or future technology capabilities for reuse. Participates in the governance processes and helps define where necessary in customer’s architecture practice and helping to elevate the overall customer experience.  Mentors architects and technology teams on the ground.

  • Concept and Business Case Development: Introduces change to existing technology capabilities for the customers’ focus area. Develop strategies, roadmaps, contribute to proposals and business cases for the change while working with business and technology teams and drive solutions build.

  • Standards and Governance: Develops artifacts that document current or future technology capabilities for reuse. Participates in the governance processes and helps define where necessary in customer’s architecture practice.   

  • Capabilities Assessment and Technology Oversight: Evaluates health of the technology within the architect’s focus area and develops improvements plans for their domain

  • Technology Consulting: Contribute and drive to tech consulting engagements
  • Required industry experience
  • 3+ years of driving Enterprise architecture strategy leveraging industry leading frameworks such as, TOGAF, Zachman 
  • Ability to drive deep technical conversations with various customer stakeholders across customers (CxO, Senior Technical Leadership and Solution Architects)
  • Experience leading the strategic vision and direction with specific technologies, systems and platforms related to a domain or associated sub-domain. 
  • Hands on experience with technology planning and road mapping 
  • Experience providing direction to design and engineering staff 
  • Experience with multiple technologies, systems and platforms related to a domain or associated sub-domain. 
  • Required technical experience
  • In depth understanding of and competence in supporting architecture, design, development, and deployment related to a domain or associated sub-domain. 
  • In depth understanding, within a domain or associated sub-domain, of industry trends, emerging standards and the ability to apply them.  Participates in discussion and development of industry trends and technologies. 
  • Demonstrated competence in leading architecture, design, development, and deployment related to a domain or associated sub-domain. 
  • Expert level awareness and understanding of hardware, networks, software technologies, applications, and modeling techniques related to a domain or associated sub-domain. 
  • Hands on expertise in one or more of public Hyperscalers like Azure, AWS, Google cloud

  • Required education and certifications
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science and Engineering 
  • Architecture Certification (TOGAF, Zachman) will be an added advantage.
