Role Brief – The Gen AI Consulting Leader will be responsible for working with our clients across industry sectors to present our Gen AI capabilities, identify their problems that can be solved with Gen AI, proposing solutions to these problems, close deals to implement proposed solutions and oversee solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Gen AI business growth
  • Market sensing to understand changing dynamics and evolve service and solution portfolio
  • Grow Gen AI business in key accounts
  • Lead and manage Gen AI engagements
  • Elevate our brand visibility with thought leadership in Gen AI through the right channels and right forums like alliances and analysts
  • Partner with the Centers of Excellence to bring together various technology capabilities to build domain centric business solutions using Gen AI
  • Desired leadership and consulting skills include:
  • Ability to lead large consulting programs
  • Ability to drive strategy and initiatives by partnering with clients at the executive level
  • Ability to internally collaborate with practice and Brillio leadership team to push growth agenda for the practice ahead
  • Ability to break down complex problems into clear and simple terms
  • People leadership
  • Required experience:
  • 15+ years’ experience in Solution Sales
  • Track record of managing executive client leadership
  • Track record of leading cross functional teams
  • Demonstrated track record of running large scale projects for $500M+ companies
  • Required Functional Experience:
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to engage and influence partners to develop optimal solutions
  • A founder’s mindset: Own outcomes, manage expectations, drive IT success, and demonstrate administrative excellence
  • Ability to foster a collaborative team culture, empowering teams to excel and innovate
  • Capability to influence long-term technology decisions and collaborate with IT and business leadership
  • Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to influence outcomes through expertise and analysis
  • Excellent stakeholder interaction skills, with the ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally

  • Basis Statistics: Regression, Hypothesis testing, Cluster analysis
  • Programing: SQL, R, Python and Java
