Role: Salesforce Business Analyst (Apttus CLM)
Location: Remote (Anywhere in Canada)

Job Description:
·       5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
·       Hands-on experience with Apttus CLM configuration, workflows, and templates.
·       Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud administration and optimization.
·       Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, flows, validation rules, and automation tools.
·       Experience with integrations between Apttus CLM, Salesforce, and third-party systems (e.g., DocuSign, CPQ).
·       Proven ability to document business requirements, process flows, and technical specifications.
·       Preferred Skills:
·       Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) or other Salesforce certifications.
·       Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Apttus or Conga CLM.
·       Familiarity with Agile or Scrum project management methodologies.
·       Experience with reporting and dashboard creation in Salesforce.
·       Soft Skills:
·       Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
·       Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
·       Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
·       Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
