Job Summary:
· We are seeking an experienced and visionary AWS Connect Principal Architect to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge cloud-based contact center solutions for a health payer organization.
· This role demands a deep understanding of AWS services, with a strong focus on AWS Connect, and expertise in the healthcare domain, specifically payer systems.
· The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Solution Architecture & Design:
· Develop and architect scalable, high-performing AWS Connect solutions tailored to healthcare payer requirements.
· Integrate AWS Connect with healthcare platforms, including claims management systems, EHRs, and CRM tools.
· Design solutions that meet HIPAA, HITRUST, and other regulatory compliance standards.
2.Technical Leadership:
· Lead technical discussions and guide teams on best practices for AWS Connect implementations.
· Provide mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to architecture standards and guidelines.
· Drive innovation in contact center technologies to improve member and provider experiences.
3.Integration & Customization:
· Architect integrations between AWS Connect and third-party applications such as IVR systems, chatbots, and analytics tools.
· Customize workflows to optimize agent and member interactions, including omnichannel capabilities.
4.Stakeholder Collaboration:
· Partner with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
· Work closely with security, compliance, and DevOps teams to ensure robust implementation and deployment.
5.Performance Optimization:
· Monitor system performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
· Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to AWS Connect and integrated systems.
Qualifications:
Experience:
· 15+ years of experience in solution architecture, with at least 8+ years focused on cloud technologies.
· Proven expertise in designing and implementing solutions using AWS Connect.
· Strong understanding of the healthcare payer domain, including claims processing, member services, and provider interactions.
· Technical Skills:
· Proficiency in AWS services (e.g., Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, API Gateway).
· Experience with AI/ML integrations for contact centers (e.g., Amazon Lex, Polly, and Transcribe).
· Hands-on knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.
· Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as HIPAA and HITRUST.
· Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
· Leadership skills with a proactive approach to innovation and collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications:
· AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or AWS Certified Advanced Networking.
· Experience with analytics tools like Amazon QuickSight or third-party platforms.
· Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR and HL7.
