Delivery Excellence Manager
The Delivery Excellence Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and services to clients, maintaining high standards of quality, and driving continuous improvement across delivery teams. This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of delivery processes, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business objectives. The Delivery Excellence Manager works closely with project/delivery managers, operational teams, and senior leadership to implement best practices, drive efficiency, and mitigate risks throughout the delivery lifecycle.

  • Key Responsibilities & Pre-Requisite:
  • Demonstrated experience in driving Process/ Methodology definition & initiatives around process excellence charters.
  • Experience with driving / participating in Engineering reviews with deep technical understanding
  • Demonstrated experience of Consulting on Application architecture, Deployment methods and release management process.
  • Good understanding of various engineering and software development process metrics and KPI and demonstrated experience of utilizing these and driving high performance engineering
  • Demonstrated experience is strategizing and implementing Application architecture and design across enterprise including On-prem, Cloud Native, Hybrid and Multi-cloud
  • Through understanding of various Software Development / Methodologies and Development lifecycle/ Service Lifecycle is required (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma)
  • Should have experience in Analysing, architecting, executing, streamlining and implementing with other team members, end to end, solution with multiple stacks
  • Demonstrated experience is strategizing and implementing Process standardization initiatives across the organization in close collaboration with stakeholders and Business leaders.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving engineering assessments and Process compliance for software development and support teams.
  • Experience in implementing end to end CI/CD pipelines and observability in product / project teams
  • Good knowledge of product and platform engineering practices (discovery, Plan, design, architecture, build and Run)
  • Should have Good Communication & facilitative leadership skills
  • Should have Good analytical skills presentation skills and hands on with Data analysis.
  • Extraordinary cross-functional engagement skills/ driving facilitation and workshops.
  • Effective problem-solving expertise to be on the solution side and creative problem-solving abilities to align cross functional teams.
  • Ability to question status quo & influence practitioners without authority leveraging change management skills to create an outcome. 
  • Good blend of understanding of CMMI for Service and Development methodologies is desired.
  • Agile certification like Scrum Master, SAFe SPC is desired.
  • Six Sigma Blackbelt/Master blackbelt etc. is desired.
  • Hands on experience in leading Process compliance Audits / assessments/ Gap Analysis is desired
  • Knowledge & Participation experience in Various Quality Standards like ISOs and Models like CMMI development and services is desirable.
