A Reporting Analyst in the field of Workforce Management (WFM) is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data related to workforce performance, scheduling, staffing levels, and other key operational metrics. The role involves creating reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to help organizations optimize workforce efficiency, improve decision-making, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Reporting Analysts work closely with WFM managers, HR teams, and senior leadership to ensure that data is accurate, relevant, and delivered in a timely manner to drive improvements in workforce planning and operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather, interpret, and analyze business data to identify trends and key insights.
  • Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Use statistical and analytical methods to forecast business outcomes.
  • Evaluate existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with business teams to recommend and implement efficient solutions.
  • Assist in streamlining processes through automation and data-driven decision-making.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand and document their requirements.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
  • Prioritize project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Prepare and present detailed analysis, reports, and presentations to executives and other key stakeholders.
  • Participate in project meetings to ensure proper alignment with business goals.
  • Support project teams in delivering data-driven insights and business intelligence.
  • Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solution meets business needs.
  • Monitor project progress and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Conduct research to assess market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to help guide business strategy.


  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong background in data analysis, process improvement, and business operations.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of business process management and improvement techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to synthesize complex information.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.
  • Understanding of machine learning algorithms and their application in business analysis.
