Role Brief – you’ll lead the charge in shaping the company’s omnichannel e-commerce strategy, with a focus on making the 'Cart and Payments' experience as smooth and intuitive as possible. You’ll play a key role in optimizing checkout flows, boosting conversion rates, and integrating advanced payment technologies that meets customer needs while driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner directly with clients to enhance their e-commerce cart and payment systems, ensuring solutions meet their unique business needs and drive growthDevelop and implement a comprehensive product roadmap for payment solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives and their company’s strategic goalsLead cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch cart and payment features that address market demands, regulatory requirements, and client-specific needsStay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the client's payment systems remain competitive and innovativeMonitor and analyze product performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and enhance the end-user experienceDefine system requirements, integration points, and deployment strategies in collaboration with client's technical and business teamsCreate and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for implementing solutionsLead product management teams to prioritize features for cart functionality, payment processing, and overall e-commerce journey while ensuring alignment with client expectations Required experience:
12-15 years of experience in product management or IT consulting, with a deep focus on payments, e-commerce, or omnichannel commerceIn-depth knowledge of cart and payment systems, including payment gateway integrations and end-to-end user journey optimizationProven track record of successfully launching and scaling payment products or features in competitive marketsSelf-starter with strong leadership skills and a proven ability to build, manage, and mentor high-performing teamsOutstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and influence decision-makingExceptional problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to identifying opportunities and optimizing performanceExperience or familiarity with Adobe platforms preferredBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related fieldMBA is a strong plusRequired Functional Experience:
