Role: ServiceNow ITSM Engineer
Location Requirement: Guadalajara, Hybrid.
What Does success mean in this role?
5+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM development and administration.
Daily Activities:
• Expertise in Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies).
• Experience with ServiceNow REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Service Catalog.
• Knowledge of CMDB and Asset Management best practices.
• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and platform maintenance.
