Brillio is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide direct support to C-suite executives. This fully onsite role requires a seasoned professional with experience supporting C-suite executives within a global technology organization. The ideal candidate will excel at managing executive priorities, handling sensitive information with discretion, and coordinating high-level communications with internal and external stakeholders, including board members and global teams. Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting, possesses strong multitasking skills, and is adept at problem-solving and anticipating needs.
 
In addition to executive support, this role will be responsible for office management, ensuring a well-organized, efficient, and productive work environment. Duties include overseeing office administration, vendor management, facilities coordination, and employee support, as well as planning corporate events. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with our C suite and leadership team of a high-growth, global technology company, playing a key role.
Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the executive, managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, including global executives, board members, and clients.
  • Plan and coordinate executive meetings, leadership summits, and investor engagements.
  • Anticipate and proactively address issues to optimize time and efficiency.
  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized and productive work environment.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate office events, meetings, and team-building activities.
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite leadership (CEO preferred) and managing office operations.
  • Prior experience working in a global technology organization is required
  • Strong ability to manage complex calendars, coordinate global travel, and prepare executive-level communication.
  • Proven ability to manage executive-level priorities, multitask effectively, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Experience overseeing office administration, vendor management, facilities coordination, and employee support.
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience working across multiple time zones, culture and coordinating with global teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom), and calendar management systems.
