  • Quality Engineer (Automation)
  • Identify weaknesses and problem areas in the software application
  • Work closely with development, operations, support, business partners and other stake holders to ensure timely collaboration and resolution
  • Work independently under minimal guidance
  • Identify use cases/scenarios, create test cases, prioritize test cases, execute test cases, and generate reports to report to stakeholders
  • Tracking software bugs and investigating the causes
  • Preparing automation scripts
  • Troubleshooting automation software issues
  • Creating test plans and test summary reports
  • Executing regression and exploratory testing as necessary
  • Performing functional and end to end testing
  • Maintaining the automation suite
  • Test data creation for automation
  • Submitting Pull Requests
  • Understand software internals, debug problems, and automate repetitive tasks
  • Analysis of the automation reports (Extent and Cucumber)
  • Trigger the automation suite as necessary
  • Skills - Selenium with Java, Cucumber framework, automation frameworks to integrate backend with RESTful API's, Saucelab, Flyway, Bitbucket, Gitlab, Jenkins, Maven
