Job requirements

Senior Program Managers to lead and drive large-scale initiatives. The ideal candidates should be senior and seasoned professionals capable of effectively engaging with Business and IT leaders to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage large-scale IT programs from inception to completion.

Collaborate with Business and IT leaders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Drive strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring program resiliency and success.

Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring best practices are followed.

Network Modernization – Upgrading infrastructure for enhanced performance and security.

PBX Implementation – Managing the transition to an advanced telephony system.

Cloud Landing Zones Setup & Management (AWS & Azure) – Establishing and managing secure cloud environments.

Azure Resiliency Enhancement – Supporting the migration of 30+ applications to Azure while addressing resiliency challenges in the current setup.

Qualifications & Skills:

10+ years of experience in IT program/project management.

Proven ability to lead and manage large-scale IT transformation programs.

Strong experience in cloud technologies (AWS & Azure).

Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience handling risk management, budgeting, and resource planning.

Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PfMP, or PMI-ACP are a plus.

Salary: 120,000-140,000 USD per year salary
