What your day would look like:
You will create state of the art Data engineering and Analytics solutions, comprehensive RFP responses in partnership with our Pre-Sales and/or Marketing functionsYou will partner closely with the clients to deliver differentiated business outcomesYou will continue to expand your expertise in Data Engineering, Big Data, Analytics and Visualization tools/techniques by working in diverse set of client requirements across verticalsAt all times, you will clearly articulate and communicate with a diverse set of internal and external customers with varying degrees of technical proficiency and deliver critical business and process related information to mitigate any risks or failures in deal/RFx lifecycleYou will persistently look for opportunities to address customer needs by being a thought partner in every moment of engagement
To succeed, you should have technical experience and expertise in:
13 years of experience in solution architecture, estimation, building capacity plans for long-term data transformation initiativesProvide end to end solution and assist in business development initiatives through proactive or competitive bids (RFx)Minimum of 8 year of development, and implementation of enterprise-level data solutions Should have expertise in providing WBS estimates based on abstract RFx requirementsExpertise in data architecture design, recommendations and implementation best practices and continuous optimizationExperience in Solution Architect design with experience in Big Data, Cloud Technologies, Data Lake, Data Warehousing on cloud, Visualization and AnalyticsPartner with Brillio sales teams to conduct business and technical discovery with customersProvide solutions, architectures and use cases to help customers meet their objectivesDevelop robust recommendations, proposals and scope of work documents for Brillio Data Strategy and Consulting engagements while also identifying critical dependencies & gapsBalance of business and technology acumen, including ability to articulate high-level technical solutions to business problems and to tie your solutions to program success criteriaExcellent customer facing skills with experience presenting to and achieving buy-in from senior executives (managers, directors, VPs, CMOs, and CXOs)Experience working on large scale analytics projects that includes familiarity with architecting big data environments, leveraging appropriate visualization tools and rigorous hypothesis testing using various statistical analysis techniques.
Analytics, Data and Functional understanding:
Extensive experience in developing comprehensive RFP responses in partnership with Pre-Sales and/or Marketing functionsAbility to work with multi stakeholders and get their suggestions. Filter and make relevant changes to solutionCan create proof of concepts, demos, and/or scripts from scratch or leveraging reusable components.Professional agility and strategic thinkingAbility to recommend best-in-class tools, technologies and processes to ensure high quality solutionsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsAble to work in teams and collaborate with others to clarify requirementsUnderstanding of Agile and other development processes and methodologies.Professional agility and strategic thinking
