Role:- Java Full stack Lead with Angular

Location:- New York, NY, Hybrid

Full Time

JD:-

Lead a team of backend developers in designing and building scalable, high-performance Java-based applications and microservices.

Architect backend solutions using Java (Spring Boot or equivalent), ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.

Drive code reviews, mentor team members, and enforce best practices in design, development, and deployment.

Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps, QA, and product owners to deliver full-stack solutions.

Create and manage RESTful APIs, data models, and business logic layers. Optimize applications for performance, concurrency, and responsiveness.

Manage unit testing, integration testing, and assist with production support.

Continuously improve the system architecture and adopt modern backend technologies and tools.

Guide the team on Agile/Scrum processes and delivery timelines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

6–10 years of hands-on experience in backend development with Java.

Strong expertise in Spring / Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture.

Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, etc.).

Solid understanding of multithreading, concurrency, design patterns, and system integration.

Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.) and version control (Git).

Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
