Business Analyst
Key Responsibilities
· Analyze current business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
· Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements through workshops and stakeholder interviews.
· Design and configure solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O aligned with business needs across Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing modules.
· Collaborate with technical teams to guide system customizations, integrations, and data migrations.
· Lead functional testing, UAT, and assist users during implementation and post-go-live support.
· Develop and maintain functional documentation, process flows, and user guides.
· Provide end-user training and support adoption of D365 F&O solutions.
· Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure clear communication and solution alignment.
· Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to best practices within the team.
· Participate in Agile project delivery, contributing to sprint planning and backlog grooming.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering
· 4–7 years of ERP consulting or business analyst experience, with 2+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / AX
· Experience in one or more functional areas: Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement
· Strong understanding of D365 F&O configuration, workflows, data management, and reporting
· Excellent business process analysis and problem-solving skills
· Clear and effective communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred Qualifications -
Microsoft certifications:
· MB-300: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Core Finance and Operations
· Functional certifications (MB-310, MB-330)
· Familiarity with Azure DevOps, LCS, JIRA, and Confluence
· Experience in Agile project delivery environments
