Brillio is seeking a recent graduate to join our in-office team in Dallas as a Junior Network Support Technician. This role is ideal for someone who has completed a degree in a relevant field and is looking to gain practical, hands-on experience. You will support the IT team across hardware, software, and network-related tasks, helping to ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality user support. This is a contract position that will be on-site Monday thru Friday 8 to 5.
Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
  • Assist with employee onboarding/offboarding, including account and device setup
  • Troubleshoot issues related to operating systems, applications, and hardware
  • Support day-to-day network operations, including monitoring and basic troubleshooting of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity
  • Assist with configuring and maintaining switches, access points, and network cabling
  • Track, maintain, and audit IT hardware and software inventory
  • Collaborate with the IT team on system rollouts, upgrades, and infrastructure projects
  • Ensure timely and professional communication with internal users and stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree or Certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Foundational understanding of networking concepts such as IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and VPN
  • Basic knowledge of Windows and/or Mac OS environments
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, remote support tools, and ticketing systems
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
