Job Description: We are looking for a Power BI Developer with strong SQL skills to drive data visualization, reporting, and dashboard development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data engineering, ETL processes, and Agile development, along with excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports for business insights.Utilize SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data efficiently.Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver iterative solutions.Work with data engineering pipelines and ETL processes to ensure seamless data flow.Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.Leverage Azure Data Factory (ADF) for data integration where applicable (without direct Azure development).Apply strong business and data analysis skills to interpret and present key insights.Demonstrate problem-solving and soft skills to address complex data challenges and collaborate effectively.
Required Skills:
Expertise in Power BI – Data visualization, reporting, and dashboarding.Strong SQL Proficiency – Advanced query writing, performance optimization, and data analysis.Data Engineering Knowledge – Experience with ETL pipelines and data modeling.Agile Development Experience – Working in Agile teams, iterative development, and cross-team collaboration.Stakeholder Engagement & Communication – Ability to interact with customers and internal teams effectively.Problem-Solving & Soft Skills – Strong analytical thinking and ability to resolve complex data challenges.
