The Product Owner will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, defining product vision, prioritizing features, and ensuring successful delivery of high-value solutions. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, customer empathy, and technical understanding to ensure that the product roadmap aligns with business goals and delivers measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
· Define, maintain, and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize business and technical requirements.
· Create, manage, and refine the product backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment with business priorities.
· Work closely with development teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.
· Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring end-user needs are incorporated into design and development.
· Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
· Define and track key product metrics to measure success and guide future enhancements.
· Make informed trade-off decisions between scope, timelines, and resources.
· Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and quality standards.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
Skills & Qualifications Education
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
Experience · 5–8 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or related roles. · Proven track record of managing enterprise-grade digital products from conception to delivery.
· Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Technical Skills
· Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile frameworks.
· Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar project management platforms.
· Basic understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and modern technology stacks.
