Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Amazon Connect leader(Techo Program Manager ) to join our cloud engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using Amazon Connect, AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and event-driven architectures. You will play a key role in building intelligent contact center solutions and integrating them with enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of Amazon Connect implementations across multiple business unitsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and customer supportTranslate business requirements into scalable technical solutions using AWS services (e.g., Lambda, Lex, Polly, S3, Kinesis)Manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholder communicationsEnsure compliance with security, privacy, and operational standardsDrive continuous improvement and automation in contact center workflowsRequired Qualifications
10++ years of experience in technical program management or solution architectureHands-on experience with Amazon Connect and related AWS servicesStrong understanding of cloud infrastructure, contact center technologies, and telephony systemsProven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budgetExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Preferred Qualifications
AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer)Experience with CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologiesPrior experience in customer service or contact center operations
