Enhance and maintain the ServiceNow platform with a focus on ITSM, Service Catalog, CMDB, and integrations. Drive automation, improve user experience, and ensure platform scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform white-box testing for Zurich upgrade and ensure quality delivery.Customize and extend Incident Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB modules.Implement notification standardization and clean-up initiatives.Support foundational data clean-up (locations, groups, contracts, user tables).Develop and maintain integrations (e.g., Netskope, Sysdig patching).Build and enhance release management workflows (DPR enhancements).Contribute to Virtual Agent implementation and catalog buildout (Ansible integration).Handle unplanned work and provide rapid solutions.Write scripts using JavaScript, Glide API, and perform code reviews.Collaborate with QA for test case development and automation.
Qualifications:
5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.Certified Application Developer (CAD) or equivalent.Proven experience in ITSM, Service Catalog, and CMDB enhancements.
Technical Skills:
Modules: ITSM, Service Catalog, CMDB, Notifications.Scripting: JavaScript, Glide API.Integrations: REST/SOAP, MID Server, Integration Hub.DevOps: Git, Jenkins, CICD pipelines.
Soft Skills:
Detail-oriented, proactive problem solver.Strong collaboration and communication skills.Ownership from design to deployment.
