Role: Salesforce Program Manager – Delivery Management

 Positions: Multiple (US & India – Pipeline)

Reports To: Global Salesforce Delivery Head About the Role:

As a Salesforce Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading client engagements end-to-end — managing delivery, stakeholder relationships, financials, and team performance while remaining billable. This role demands a hands-on program leader who blends strategic delivery oversight with the ability to guide technical teams, manage risks, and ensure measurable business outcomes for clients. Key Responsibilities: Program & Project Delivery
-Lead multi-workstream Salesforce programs, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
-Oversee program governance, delivery planning, and execution across geographies.
-Manage program budgets, forecasting, and profitability while maintaining a billable role.
-Implement best-in-class delivery frameworks leveraging agile and hybrid models.
-Partner with architects and solution teams to ensure technical and functional alignment with client goals. Client & Stakeholder Management
-Serve as the primary point of contact for client executives, business stakeholders, and delivery teams.
-Build trusted advisor relationships by driving transparency, proactive communication, and business value realization.
-Manage escalations effectively while maintaining long-term client confidence and satisfaction. Leadership & Team Enablement
-Mentor and guide project managers, leads, and consultants within the delivery organization.
-Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and collaboration across distributed teams.
-Contribute to delivery maturity, knowledge management, and capability building within the Salesforce practice. Operational Excellence
-Track delivery KPIs — utilization, velocity, NPS, and gross margins — ensuring alignment to Brillio’s delivery standards.
-Identify and mitigate delivery risks, scope creep, and resource challenges.
-Drive continuous improvement by embedding data-driven delivery insights and automation where possible. Ideal Profile:
-Experience: 12–18 years in IT delivery management, with 5+ years in Salesforce program or account leadership roles.
-Proven success in managing enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations across multi-cloud environments (Sales, Service, Experience, Data Cloud, CPQ, etc.).
-Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
-Hands-on experience in program financials, governance, client engagement, and team leadership.
-Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
-Salesforce certifications (Administrator, PMP/PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master) preferred. Why Join Brillio:
