Job Description:We are looking for a highly skilled Lead-level Data Visualization & Reporting Specialist with deep expertise in Tableau, Power BI, or Cognos. The ideal candidate should have strong SQL proficiency, excellent experience in data modeling, and the ability to lead end-to-end dashboard/report development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and optimization of interactive dashboards and analytical reports.
Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions.
Perform advanced SQL queries, data extraction, transformation, and performance tuning.
Build and manage efficient data models and semantic layers for analytics.
Ensure data accuracy, governance, and best practices in reporting.
Mentor junior team members and drive delivery excellence in BI projects.
Required Skills:
Expertise in Tableau / Power BI / Cognos (at least one primary tool is mandatory).
Strong experience with SQL for complex data querying and performance optimization.
Solid understanding of data modeling (star/snowflake schemas, dimensional modeling).
Proven experience working in lead or senior-level roles, handling client interactions and solution design.
Good understanding of ETL workflows and data warehousing concepts.
