Role Brief:
We are seeking a high-impact Pre-Sales & Solutioning Leader to drive growth within the GCC ecosystem. This role will partner with sales, domain SMEs, delivery, and practice teams to craft differentiated value propositions aligned to GCC priorities such as digital product engineering, AI-led transformation, cloud modernization, CX Transformation, and platform engineering. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of consultative solutioning, stakeholder orchestration, and commercial acumen to engage CXO and India GCC leadership teams in strategic pursuits.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Market Engagement
· Support the acquisition and expansion of GCC accounts across BFSI, Healthcare, Lifesciences, Consumer, Telecom and Technology industries.
· Participate in client meetings, workshops, and RFP/RFI discussions to understand business and technology priorities.
· Build strong relationships with GCC leaders, COOs, CIOs, Engineering Heads, and Transformation leaders.
2. Solutioning & Value Creation
· Translate client problems into innovative, AI-led, platform-oriented solutions with measurable business outcomes.
· Develop Point-of-View (POV), solution blueprints, delivery models (onsite/offshore/hybrid), and pricing strategies.
· Partner with Delivery and Engineering teams to drive solution differentiation aligned to digital-first delivery.
3. Proposal & Bid Management
· Lead end-to-end proposal creation, including scope, architecture, delivery approach, commercials, and risk evaluation.
· Develop pricing models, deal commercials, and cost structures (T&M, fixed price, managed services, outcome-based models).
· Coordinate with finance & legal on bid governance, SoW preparation, and contract reviews.
· Prepare client pitches, bid defence documentation, case studies, and value articulation frameworks.
· Ensure compliance with internal governance and win strategy alignment.
4. Partnerships & Ecosystem Leveraging
· Work closely with hyperscalers, technology OEMs, and niche innovation partners to build joint solution offerings.
· Stay updated on GCC capability models, talent market, regulatory environment, and operational benchmarks.
5. Thought Leadership
· Create industry-relevant proposals, capability decks, benchmarking insights, and deal accelerators.
· Represent the organization at GCC forums, leadership roundtables, and innovation showcases.
· Prepare pitches to collaborate with analysts to position Brillio appropriately.
Candidates Must Have:
· 15–18 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solutions, or Consulting roles in IT services or digital engineering firms.
· Demonstrated success in driving multi-million digital deals (Cloud, App Modernization, Data/AI, Cybersecurity, CX/EX Platforms).
· Strong understanding of GCC operating models: CoE build-outs, capability maturity, talent scalability, and value realization.
· Proven expertise in bid leadership (RFP/RFI response, solution architecture, cost estimation, business case creation, bid management), commercial modelling, and stakeholder management.
· Technology fluency across modern architectures, AI/ML, DevSecOps, Microservices, and SaaS ecosystems.
· Exceptional communication, storytelling, proposal writing, and presentation skills.
· Experience in building and owning end to end proposal
· Experience in one or more: Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), Data & Analytics, AI/ML, Digital Engineering, Salesforce, Product Engineering, Customer Experience Platforms
· Experience in a consulting environment, interacting with executive clients and sponsors would be a huge plus
· Possess good organizational, interpersonal, communication and documentation skills.
· MS PowerPoint, Excel-based pricing sheets, Visio/Draw.io, CRM tools (Salesforce), proposal automation tools.
· Strong presentation, storytelling, stakeholder alignment, capability pitch creation.
· MBA or relevant master’s degree (Technology / Business)
· Prior experience working with born-digital firms, product engineering companies, or scaling GCC partnerships
· Certifications in Cloud, Agile, or Architecture frameworks (AWS, Azure, GCP, TOGAF)
