Role Title: Growth & Events Marketing Manager

The Growth & Events Marketing Manager is a hands-on, high-energy marketer responsible for developing and executing AI-led growth campaigns, client experiences, and events that drive measurable business outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of growth marketing, events, digital engagement, and AI. The successful candidate will turn ideas into campaigns and experiences from executive roundtables and client events to industry programs and targeted growth initiatives while using AI, agents, automation, and digital tools to make marketing faster, smarter, and more effective. This is not a traditional event coordinator role.

The Growth & Events Marketing Manager will consider the target audience, business objective, client experience, surrounding campaign, and follow-up strategy to ensure programs contribute to net-new opportunities, expanded buying centers within existing accounts, and pipeline growth. A key component of the role will also be helping operate, maintain, and continuously improve the AI agents and workflows that support Brillio’s AI-led growth and event marketing.

This is an office-based position in Coppell, TX. When not traveling for an event, client engagement, or other business need, the employee will work from the Coppell office. This is not a remote or hybrid position.

Key Responsibilities:

Growth & Campaign Execution

  • Build and execute targeted growth campaigns designed to create engagement, meetings, opportunities, and pipeline.
  • Partner closely with sales and account teams to identify priority audiences, accounts, buying centers, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop integrated campaigns across email, social, web, paid media, events, and other digital channels.
  • Translate audience and account intelligence into relevant outreach, messaging, campaigns, and experiences.
  • Develop campaign briefs, emails, invitations, landing-page copy, social content, presentations, and other campaign assets.
  • Track campaign performance and use data to continuously improve targeting, engagement, and conversion.
  • Move quickly from idea to execution, testing and refining programs based on performance and business needs.

Events & Experiences

  • Plan and execute executive roundtables, client dinners, conferences, trade shows, hospitality programs, and field marketing experiences.
  • Own programs from initial concept through planning, execution, and post-event follow-up.
  • Develop pre-event, during-event, and post-event campaigns that extend the impact of each experience and support net-new business and expansion into new buying centers.
  • Manage event timelines, venues, vendors, registrations, attendee communications, budgets, logistics, and on-site execution.
  • Work directly with executives, clients, prospects, sales teams, partners, speakers, and vendors.
  • Travel regularly to support events and programs in person.
  • Solve problems in real time and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
  • Ensure event engagement translates into timely, structured sales follow-up and measurable business outcomes.

AI Agents & Workflows

  • Manage and maintain growth and event AI agents and workflows, ensuring they remain accurate, useful, reliable, and aligned with business needs.
  • Build, configure, and improve agents supporting audience research, account intelligence, event planning, campaign development, communications, content, attendee management, follow-up, and reporting.
  • Design and maintain workflows connecting AI agents, marketing platforms, data, automation, and human decision points.
  • Monitor agent outputs, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve prompts, instructions, knowledge, workflows, and processes.
  • Identify repetitive or manual marketing activities that can be automated or supported through AI agents.
  • Establish appropriate human review and approval points, particularly for client-, prospect-, and executive-facing work.
  • Help drive adoption of AI agents and workflows across the marketing organization.
  • Evaluate emerging AI tools and capabilities and determine where they can improve speed, quality, personalization, or marketing performance.
  • Document workflows and processes so they can be effectively maintained and scaled.
