Proven work experience as Project Coordinator, skilled admin & finance and has technical backgroundExperience in financials (accruals, invoices, budget management) with Information Technology services background is mustExcellent in Microsoft Excel (Functions, Macros etc.,)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, etc.) combined with strong Internet/Web software, PM tools, and other applicationsHigh energy level, ability to work on multiple projects / tasks simultaneously and manage day-to-day interactions with othersExcellent written and oral communication skills with all levels of management, staff and peersStrong interpersonal skills to work effectively with employees, vendors and clientsExcellent organizational skills, Self-Driven & proactiveExcellent strategic planning, problem solving and decision-making skillsResponsibilities:
Portfolio BudgetingManaging portfolio’s Financials including project accruals, invoices, governanceCreate various financial reports for managementPro-actively identify risks and come up with various suggestionsGood to have experience in PMO [Project Management Office]Coordinating the day-to-day activities associated with assigned projects Facilitating Meetings/Workshops for project team including logistics, agenda and meeting minutesProject coordination, updates, generating reports, reconciling Professional ServicesAssisting with the management of daily operational activitiesPerforming administrative tasks, such as making travel arrangements, answering phones, scheduling meetings, etc.Managing office supplies and the maintenance of office equipmentAct as key point of contact between stakeholders:Follow up on delegated tasksMaintain clear and timely communication with stakeholders as needed for effective executionCreate / Assist in preparation of artifacts:Statement of Work / ContractsWeekly / Monthly status reports, resource planning reports, risk management reports and other management reports as requiredProject Presentation MaterialsPrepare, maintain and submit job-related documentation (paper or electronic) in an accurate and timely fashion.
