Role: Power BI LeadLocation: Irving, TX Hybrid (2-3 days) Job Description:Experience developing reports and dashboard with Enterprise BI Tools Experience in building BI solutions and knowledge of data analysis techniques and best practices.Working experience with MSBI tools and modelling skills Well versed in writing DAX queries and tabular models Adept in developing, publishing, and scheduling Power BI reports as per the business requirements. Designing data solutions that align with business goals Analyse datasets to uncover trends, maintain data accuracy within BI systems Ensuring the quality and reliability of data along with data security.Developing visual reports, dashboards and KPI scorecards using Power BI desktop Advanced SQL writing skills, strong understanding of relational and dimensional data models.Extensive knowledge in various reporting objects and it include Facts, Attributes, Hierarchies, Transformations, filters, prompts, Calculated fields, Sets, Groups, Parameters, Graphs, Forecast etc., in Power BI Extensive knowledge in using action filters Design and build interactive, user-friendly Power BI dashboards that provide valuable business insights. Good Statistical and Analytical knowledge. Excellent analytical, organization, prioritization and oral/written communication skills. Analyze the existing system and develop detailed technical and functional documentation. Ensure proper documentation for all new processes and system changes. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Serve as a bridge between business users and technical teams to gather, clarify, and define BI requirements. Overhaul the look and feel of existing dashboards to enhance user experience and align with business goals. Transition existing manual BI processes to automated solutions using best practices and BI tools. Implement best practices in data visualization to present complex data in a clear and actionable way. Work closely with the business, architects, and other stakeholders to continuously improve reporting and BI capabilities.
