IT SM Program Manager
We are seeking a seasoned ITSM Program Manager with expertise in data management, ServiceNow ticketing, Azure Cloud, IT infrastructure, and financial services. The ideal candidate will oversee IT Service Management (ITSM) programs, optimize service delivery, and ensure seamless IT operations across cloud and infrastructure environments within a financial services organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • ITSM & ServiceNow Management – Oversee ServiceNow ticketing workflows, incident/problem management, and IT service optimization.
  • Cloud & Infrastructure Oversight – Manage Azure-based cloud solutions, infrastructure improvements, and migration strategies.
  • Financial Services IT Operations – Ensure ITSM practices align with financial industry standards, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Data Management & Analytics – Implement data-driven strategies to enhance ITSM processes, reporting, and risk mitigation.
  • Process Improvement – Drive ITIL-based best practices for efficient IT service delivery and operational excellence.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration – Engage with IT teams, service providers, and business leaders to align IT services with financial business objectives.

  • Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in IT Service Management, Program Management, or IT Operations within the financial services sector.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules and ticketing systems.
  • Azure Cloud experience, including infrastructure support and cloud migration.
  • Background in IT infrastructure management (networking, servers, storage) within a financial institution.
  • ITIL certification preferred; PMP or Agile certifications are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of financial IT compliance and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
