Senior Network Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Network Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex networking programs across global infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in network technologies (routing, switching, firewalls, SDN, automation) and a proven track record in managing large-scale network transformation programs.
Responsibilities:
Lead delivery of network infrastructure programs. Manage cross-functional teams comprising network engineers, security architects, automation developers, and operations staff.Drive large-scale network transformations involving technologies such as: - Routing (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP) - Switching (LAN/WAN, VLANs, STP) - Firewalls (Palo Alto, F5, Fortinet) - Software Defined Networking (Cisco ACI, VMware NSX, SD-WAN) - Network automation (Ansible, Python, Terraform)Develop detailed program roadmaps, timelines, and milestones aligned with business goals.Oversee vendor engagements, contract negotiations, and SLA management.Define and track KPIs and OKRs for project performance, risk management, and issue resolution.Ensure compliance with security standards and policies across the program.Identify potential risks within your domain(s) and develop mitigation plans to address them. Proactively resolve issues that arise during project execution to ensure smooth deliveryFacilitate stakeholder communication at executive and technical levels, ensuring alignment and transparency.Implement and enforce quality assurance processes within your domain(s) to maintain high standards of project deliveryFoster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback, conducting lessons learned sessions, and implementing best practices
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, Telcom, or a related domain. Advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous.Proven experience (8-10 years) as a Program Manager with expertise in handling Enterprise Network programs, having a fair knowledge on one or more of the following domains: · Cisco, Juniper, or Arista network devices· Next-gen firewalls and security controls, SDWAN implementation· Network scripting/automation tools (Python, Ansible, REST APIs)Proven experience managing complex multi-vendor network environments.Strong understanding of ITIL practices, network maintenance, Change and Problem management.Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.PMP, PRINCE2, or PgMP certification preferred.Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNP) are a strong plus.Experience with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies is advantageous.
