Key Responsibilities:
Has 15+ years of IT experienceStrong working experience in Retail Consumer Goods space (5-10 years).Client and stakeholder Stewardship Oversee pre-sales business development activitiesCurate solutions (proactive & reactive) and offerings (practice and industry wise)Contribute to organization with different solutions/process improvements etc.Build resilient, inclusive teams Build the next set of leadersHandle ambiguity & manage conflictsHas good experience on custom application development (Full stack tech stack) Has good exposure atleast 1 cloud environment.P&L Leader managing both topline and bottom line with minimum revenue size of 15mn+ actively at presentStrong engineering experience or technical depth across product and platform engineering spaceExperience in data/metrics led delivery governanceExperience in driving portfolio and people level KPI's/OKR'sManage and influence CSAT and NPS for the portfolio
