The Amdocs Cramer Development Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of Amdocs Cramer-based applications. The resource will utilize their proficiency in Java, Fusion/Core UI, Angular, and Spring frameworks, while also applying SQL, PLSQL, and RESTful services to optimize Amdocs Cramer-based solutions.

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of user interfaces using Angular for Amdocs Cramer Classic UI, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.

Leverage Java, Spring Core, Spring MVC, and REST to build and maintain server-side components and services.

Utilize SQL and PLSQL for efficient data storage, retrieval, and manipulation within the Amdocs Cramer schema.

Utilize SVN for version control and Jenkins for continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

Write and execute unit tests using JUnit to ensure code quality and functionality.

Have an in-depth understanding of the Amdocs Cramer Schema, Amdocs Cramer Classic UI, and Amdocs Cramer database to effectively manage and support telecom provisioning and activation.

Work closely with other development teams, product owners, and stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical solutions, and troubleshoot issues.

Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation of code, configurations, and system setups.

Analyze and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and issues in both the UI and back-end systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Mandatory experience with Amdocs Cramer schema, and the Amdocs Cramer Classic UI.

Work experience in Telcom OSS components like Network Inventory.

Hands-on experience with Angular for dynamic and responsive front-end development.

Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Core, Spring MVC, and building RESTful APIs.

Proficiency in SQL and PLSQL for backend database interactions, focusing on telecom provisioning systems.

Familiarity with SVN, Jenkins, and Maven for version control, build automation, and continuous integration.

Experience with JUnit for test-driven development and ensuring the quality of software delivered.

Solid understanding of telecom provisioning, activation, and service management systems, with an emphasis on Amdocs Cramer.

Ability to analyze complex issues, debug effectively, and implement efficient solutions.

Strong written and verbal communication skills to work with internal teams and clients.

Desirable Skills:

Experience with performance optimization and tuning for Amdocs Cramer systems.

Knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) or containerization (e.g., Docker).

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

4 to 8 years of experience in Amdocs Cramer development, with significant involvement in UI and back-end development.
