Required Skills:

Proficiency with database replication tools like Oracle GoldenGate or similar solutions.

Familiarity with database monitoring and performance analysis tools (e.g., OEM, AWR).

Soft Skills :

Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.

Strong collaboration and communication abilities, with experience working across technical and non-technical teams.
